This note explains what happens to the details you send us through the Contact form on this site.

What we collect
Only what you type into the Contact form: your name, email, phone number, the category you choose, your message, and your agreement to be contacted.
Why we collect it
To read your message and reply to you. We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Where it's stored
Your message is saved to a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, so Google stores it for us.
Who can see it
Only committee members of AWS Student Builder Group at APU who handle enquiries.
How long we keep it
We delete your message once your enquiry is closed.
Seeing or deleting your details
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, send a message through the Contact form, choose any category and tell us what you need.
